We're here to help merchants get value from ReturnFence.
What ReturnFence does
ReturnFence evaluates new Shopify orders against return-risk rules you configure — for example, customers with many recent returns or high-value orders with prior return history. Matched orders are tagged for your review queue so you can approve or hold fulfillment before shipping. The app does not auto-cancel orders; you stay in control of fulfillment decisions.
Getting help
- Email: support@jesseg.io — include your shop domain and a short description of the issue.
- Shopify admin: open ReturnFence from Apps in your Shopify admin to manage rules, review flagged orders, and billing. If you are not yet installed, add ReturnFence from the Shopify App Store.
