What ReturnFence does

ReturnFence evaluates new orders against merchant-configured rules using refund events available within Shopify's standard 60-day order-history boundary. Matching orders are queued for merchant review before fulfillment.

Getting help

Email support@jesseg.io. Include your shop domain and a short description of the issue. Installed merchants should open ReturnFence from Apps in Shopify admin.

Limits

ReturnFence does not identify Shopify Returns, prove abuse, auto-cancel orders, or make fulfillment decisions.
